What we do with what you send us
Short version: the contact form comes straight to us, we reply, and that is the end of it. No newsletter, no sales sequence, no selling your details to anyone.

What the form collects
When you send us a message we receive the name, work email, project description, and — if you choose to fill them in — the company name and phone number you typed. Our server also records the IP address the message came from and the time it arrived, which is how we stop automated spam.
What we do with it
We read it and we reply. That is the whole purpose. A person reads every message; it is not fed to an automated marketing system, and we do not add you to a mailing list. We will not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone else, and we do not use them for advertising.
Where it goes
- The message is delivered by email to a private FiveBox address using Amazon Simple Email Service, in the United States.
- A short-lived counter (your IP address and a hash of the message) is stored for up to 24 hours so the same message is not delivered twice and so nobody can flood the form. It expires automatically.
- If the anti-bot check is switched on, the check itself is performed by Cloudflare Turnstile, which sees the interaction but not the contents of your message.
How long we keep it
Your message stays in our email for as long as the conversation is useful — typically the life of a project and a reasonable period afterwards for our records. The spam counters expire within 24 hours. If we never end up working together, tell us and we will delete the thread.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The only thing stored in your browser is a single preference remembering whether you switched the page’s sound on, and it never leaves your device. The page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for those font files.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — call (800) 641-7790 and we will take care of it. You do not have to use the form at all: the phone number reaches the same people.
Children
This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. We do not make changes retroactively without telling the people affected.
